CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We are grateful that you are trusting us with helping you get healthy, it's a big commitment and one that we believe is very worthwhile. We offer a full refund for up to 7 days before starting your cleanse or meal delivery. For cancellations, five days before the first day of your cleanse/meal delivery, we will refund 45% of the costs. No refunds may be given after the five-day mark. If you would like to send you to cleanse to someone else, that is an option. All returns result in a $20.00 non-refundable service fee.

There is no refund for delays and interference that are outside of Local Juicery's control. This includes, but is not limited to, bad weather, shipping, deliveries, or supply chain issues. If we have to cancel your cleanse or shipment, we will communicate with you clearly by email. We will make sure you are compensated for any meal, program, a product that is not delivered due to issues on our end.

For retail, we accept unopened and brand new condition products only. Any clothing must have tags. This is for 25 days from the purchase date. You must bring or send your receipt. If you are returning by mail, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

If you subscribe to our mailings, email alerts, or blogs, we ask for contact information (such as your name and email address if and when requested). We use this information in the same manner as we use your collected data during the accounting process and otherwise in this Site. Recipients of our mailings, email alerts, and users of our blog can unsubscribe using the instructions indicated on this Site, or as stated in this Privacy Policy or otherwise.

MERGERS + CHANGES 

If our information practices change in any way, we will post our policy changes on our website or by connecting with you via email. We will notify you of any such change before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. You will always have the opportunity to opt-out of any new use of your data.

Local, LLC is happy to provide you with healthy to-go food options, cold-pressed juice, and cleanses. We love to support you and the community in being fully healthy and enjoy offering our knowledge about the foods we provide. There are many things we can help with, but also many things we can not help with. As an example, we don’t know your medical history, if you are on any medications, your family medical history if you’re pregnant, or any other personal issues you may have. By using Local, LLC services, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk, and have talked with your doctor or other health professional about your diet change and cleansing. We do not claim that our products or services will cure any health problems, diseases, or symptoms. No product or service Local, LLC offers is meant to treat or heal any medical condition. Please speak to your doctor before embarking on a cleanse or lifestyle change. We serve fresh organic non-pasteurized juice and raw foods. This kind of food goes bad. It’s incredibly important to put our products in the refrigerator as soon as you get them. By purchasing any of our fresh cleanses, you agree to refrigerate all meals promptly until you plan to eat or drink them. Once the food is handed over to you, it is your responsibility.

PROCESSING + PAYMENTS

Payments are all due at the time of purchase.

Our cleanses are scheduled according to availability. We cannot guarantee that a specific date is available to start your cleanse or meal plan, as spaces do fill up. The cut-off time for our program sign-up is 11:59PM EST two days (48 hours) before you want the cleans or program to start (for example: for Monday start, you must order the order in no later than 11:59PM EST on preceding Friday).
